Payments & Shipping

This is how it goes: You order, we process and then we ship. Ordering takes usually seconds, processing 1-2 business days and shipment depends on where you live.
 
We are working closely with our external partners and carriers to ensure your Yagya products can reach you as quickly as possible. When your order has been shipped you will receive a link on which you can follow your package. 

Customs and import duties:
Orders to the EU, EEA, EFTA (except Switzerland and Norway), and the Schengen countries are duty-free. For international orders, your package may be subject to customs duties and handling fees. We ask international customers to prepare for that possibility. Yagya has no control over possible import charges assessed by the country's importers.

New rules for the UK after Brexit:
Please note that because of the new UK laws due to Brexit, taxes & duties will apply for all orders above the value of £135.

Products are normally shipped within the number of days shown in the checkout. The expected delivery time for an order is set out in the order confirmation. In case of delay in delivery, we will inform you and continue to monitor the order. Depending on delivery method you may be required to pick up the order at a specific delivery point. When you place your order, you must give the same name as appears on your ID. Otherwise you may have problems collecting your parcel. You are required to do so within the time specified in the notification of delivery. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.

All goods sent to you are covered by transport insurance. If you discover that any goods are damaged, you must notify Yagya without undue delay on (hello@yagya.com). To simplify the process, we recommend you follow the instructions in the package. Yagya bear the transport risk for deliveries made by us. You bear the transport risk for goods you return to us.
