Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy to items purchased on www.yagya.com, which means you must send your package back to us within 30 days from the day that you received it.

How do I place a return or exchange?
We're sorry you didn't love your Yagya products. Please reach out to support@yagya.com with your order number and the products you'd like to return, and we'll take care of the rest.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You as a customer is responsible for the shipping cost to us on returns.

Follow the instructions in the email and make sure the product needs to meet the following criteria:

• The product must not be used

• The product must be in its original condition, in its original packaging.

• The labels should remain

We recommend that the package is returned with traceable shipping, if the package is lost on the road you will not get your money back.

We do not allow exchange of products. If you want the same product in a different size or color, you must first return the product for repurchase and then place a completely new order on the website. Once we have received and approved your return, we will refund you for the first order, this can take up to 7-14 business days.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
 
Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and return on gift cards. 
 
Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Customs and import VAT and any other expenses associated with delivery outside of Sweden that can occur is the responsibility of the customer to pay.
 
Right to cancel a purchase
As a consumer, you are always entitled to cancel your purchase within 30 days in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. This means that you as a consumer have the right to cancel your purchase by notifying Yagya within 30 days of receiving the order. The easiest way to inform us about your cancellation of the purchase is by filling in and shipping the packing slip that came in the package with your products. The product must be returned within 30 days. The product should be shipped well packaged, in good condition and original packaging according to the return instructions. Customs and import VAT and any other expenses associated with delivery outside of Sweden that can occur is the responsibility of the customer to pay.

Please note: If you do not collect or receive your parcel, this alone will not be regarded as cancelling your purchase and you will be charged for the order and the handling fee.
