When can I expect my YAGYA package?

This is how it goes: You order, we process and then we ship. Ordering takes usually seconds, processing 1-2 business days and shipment depends on where you live and the chosen shipment method. Normally, shipping takes 3-7 working days.
We are working closely with our external partners and carriers to ensure your Yagya products can reach you as quickly as possible. When your order has been shipped you will receive a link on which you can follow your package. 

When you place your order, you must give the same name as appears on your ID. Otherwise you may have problems collecting your parcel. You are required to do so within the time specified in the notification of delivery. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.

All goods sent to you are covered by transport insurance. If you discover that any goods are damaged, you must notify Yagya without undue delay (hello@yagya.com).

How do I return/change my product?

How do I place a return or exchange?
Please reach out to hello@yagya.com with your order number and the products you'd like to return, and we'll provide you with return labels. 
We don’t handle direct exchanges at our warehouse. If you want to exchange a product, you return the product as described above. As soon as we have received the returned product a new order will be sent out to you.

Can I use my own shipment method when sending back the goods?

No. Please do only use the shipment labels provided by us in order for us to process and refund your return or exchange. If you choose to use another method we can not guarantee that the shipment will reach us due to documentation issues, and a refund will therefore not be made.

Need a different size or color? 

There’s no cost to exchange your purchase, although taxes and duties may be applicable. If you wish to try another style, simply return it for a store credit refund and purchase the new item separately.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You as a customer are responsible for the shipping cost to us on returns.

14 days return policy
As a consumer, you are always entitled to cancel your purchase within 14 days in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. This means that you as a consumer have the right to cancel your purchase by notifying Yagya within 14 days of receiving the order. The easiest way to inform us about your cancellation of the purchase is by filling in and shipping the packing slip that came in the package with your products. The product must be returned within 14 days. The product should be shipped well packaged, in good condition and original packaging according to the return instructions. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You as a customer are responsible for the shipping cost to us on returns. Customs and import VAT and any other expenses associated with delivery outside of Sweden that can occur is the responsibility of the customer to pay.

Please note: If you do not collect or receive your parcel, this alone will not be regarded as cancelling your purchase and you will be charged for the order and the handling fee.

What is the cost for a return?
The return cost is  $21 / £15 / €15 / NOK 150 and will be withdrawn from your refund. This cost covers shipping, repackaging of products and administration time. 

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and return on gift cards. 

When will I get my money back?
The refund will be made as soon as the undamaged package has been delivered back to our warehouse. This normally takes between 4-7 work days but in some cases it can take up to 15 days due to shipping etc.

Taxes & Duties

Customs and import duties:
Orders shipped to countries outside of the EU may be subject to local VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your delivery address. The VAT will be based on your total order value, regardless of your order being subject to a campaign. It should be noted that YAGYA has no control over these charges and, since these charges are different in different countries, YAGYA cannot predict the amount. Please contact your local customs and/or tax office for more information about these charges.
It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for tax and duty charges. An order can not be cancelled or ‘returned to sender’ unless these charges have been cleared.
Delay or refusal when paying for these charges will result in your shipment being destroyed and you will not be entitled to a refund. By placing an order with YAGYA  you agree to these terms and conditions.
United States
Due to current US customs regulations, duties will be added on orders exceeding 800 USD/order/24 hours when shipping from Sweden to the USA. 

New rules for the UK after Brexit:
Please note that because of the new UK laws due to Brexit, taxes & duties will apply for all orders above the value of £135.

Uncollected packages

We take a charge for any packages that are not collected from the collection depot and which are returned to us. We will charge the customer 50 USD 50 EUR, 50 GBP 500 NOK, 500 DKK to cover all costs for shipping, packing and administration.

Purchase through a reseller

If you have bought your YAGYA product from a retailer, you must contact the retailer/shop for any questions regarding product exchange or complaints.

Force Majeure

In terms of war, nature disasters, conflicts on the labour market, decisions from In no event shall YAGYA be responsible or liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations arising out of or caused, directly or indirectly, by forces beyond its control, including, without limitation, war, strikes, accidents, natural disasters, labour market conflict, government decisions, failure to deliver by suppliers, or any comparable situations outside of its control that could not have been predicted and which affect contracts and agreements already signed.

My size is sold out, when will it be available again?

We are currently waiting for more sizes to deliver from the factory. Please use the our notification tool and you'll be notified as soon as they are available for purchase.

What is your size range?

We offer XXS, XS, S, M, L and XL at the moment. More sizes like XXL will be available as soon as possible.


All prices set out on the Website include VAT in accordance with applicable legislation. If an order is placed from a country within the EU local VAT is included in the price. If an order is placed from a country outside of the EU, the prices are excluding VAT.
