Delivery

This is how it goes: You order, we process and then we ship the next working day. Normally, shipping takes 3–5 working days depending on where you live and the shipping method selected.

We are working closely with our external partners and carriers to ensure your Yagya products can reach you as quickly as possible. When your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link so you can follow your package.

When placing your order, please make sure to provide your full and correct name and delivery address.

Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO boxes. Please provide a physical delivery address when placing your order.

All goods sent to you are covered by transport insurance. If you discover that your order or any item is damaged, please notify Yagya at hello@yagya.com as soon as possible.

Please note

We are unable to cancel an order once it has left our warehouse. Please make sure your delivery address is correct when placing your order, as we are unable to change it once the order has been shipped.

The shipping cost is non-refundable for returns.

Delivery to rural addresses may take longer.

United States — Duties & Taxes Covered

Shopping from the United States? We've got you covered.

Yagya covers applicable import duties, taxes and customs charges for orders shipped to the United States. This means you will not be charged additional customs or import fees when your order is delivered.

Customs & Import Duties

Orders within the European Union are duty free.

For international orders outside the United States and European Union, your package may be subject to local VAT, customs duties, import taxes and/or handling fees, depending on your destination and local regulations.

These charges are determined by the customs and tax authorities in the destination country and are outside of Yagya's control. Where applicable, it is the customer's responsibility to pay any local import duties, taxes or customs charges.

Please note that an order cannot be cancelled or returned to sender due to unpaid customs charges. Delays or refusal to pay applicable charges may result in the shipment being returned or otherwise handled according to the carrier's and local customs regulations.

By placing an order with Yagya, you acknowledge that customs and import regulations vary between countries and may change over time.
