Payments, Duties & Shipping

Delivery:

This is how it goes: You order, we process and then we ship next working day. Normally, shipping takes 1-3 working days depending in where you live. 

We are working closely with our external partners and carriers to ensure your YAGYA products can reach you as quickly as possible. When your order has been shipped you will receive a link on which you can follow your package. 


When you place your order, you must give the same name as appears on your ID. Otherwise you may have problems collecting your parcel. You are required to do so within the time specified in the notification of delivery. 

All goods sent to you are covered by transport insurance. If you discover that any goods are damaged, you must notify Yagya without undue delay (hello@yagya.com).

Please note:
We're unable to cancel an order once it has left our warehouse. Make sure you write the correct address as we are not able to change it once it has left the warehouse.

The shipping cost is non-refundable for returns

Delivery to rural addresses can take longer

Customs and import duties:

Orders within the European Union are duty free. For international orders, your package may be subject to customs duties and handling fees. We ask international customers to prepare for that possibility. YAGYA has no control over possible import charges assessed by the country's importers.

It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for tax and duty charges. An order can not be cancelled or ‘returned to sender’ unless these charges have been cleared.

Delay or refusal when paying for these charges will result in your shipment being destroyed and you will not be entitled to a refund. By placing an order with YAGYA  you agree to these terms and conditions.

United States

Duties will be added on orders exceeding 800 USD. 

United Kingdom

Duties will be added on orders exceeding 135 £
